Our development house in Smørum
In 2005 Oticon moved to new facilities in Smørum. Our new offices at Kongebakken in Smørum have given us the opportunity to create a complete design concept. We have created an environment that caters to the needs of the individual as well as the group, because their well-being is prerequisite to the development and marketing of modern hearing instruments.
We have many talented specialists who go back and forth across professional borders in order to be able to create innovative solutions for people with hearing loss.
Since it was essential that our new offices should allow us to continue doing this we worked very closely with architects and building contractors during the construction phase. Our employees have been very involved in the interior design of the innovation areas, meeting rooms and overall working environment.
Our building is named as a good example on The National Directorate of Labour’s homepage for The Working Environment Information Centre.
