Employment process
Once we receive your application via our recruitment system, you immediately get a confirmation.
We do not normally have application deadlines on our posts, and applications are processed continuously.
If you send your application to us by letter, please allow up to one week before you receive a confirmation.
The first interview takes approximately 90 minutes and will be attended by a personnel manager and either a project manager or employee who knows your job area well. The purpose of this session is to find out more about your personal qualities and professional qualifications. The meeting also gives you an opportunity to learn more about Oticon and what the job entails. We feel that it is important that you receive the information necessary to make the right decisions.
If you progress to the second stage, the next interview will typically involve your potential manager and a representative from Human Resources. The purpose of this conversation will be to clarify any questions either party may have and delve into more detail about the job, the company and you as a person.
Note that we do not use personality tests.
